Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Isabella Ferreira - As CISO, Isabella owns the Information Security Management System and the security posture of Tessera’s AWS-hosted, multi-tenant platform. She is strategic and risk-focused, aligning controls to business objectives rather than chasing every tool. She led the response to TSR-INC-2025-031: a long-lived AWS access key leaked through a misconfigured public repository, and with no network segmentation between the management plane and tenant data, roughly 14,000 tenant records were exposed. The OAIC was notified under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme within 72 hours. Isabella is now driving the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification-readiness programme the board mandated, rebuilding client trust alongside the Privacy Act 1988, ASD Essential Eight and existing ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications.
