Our purpose

To give Australian organisations a secure, locally run platform for their software and data — one that takes privacy, sovereignty and operational resilience seriously, and that can be audited against recognised standards.

Our story

Tessera was founded in 2011 and is headquartered at St Georges Terrace in Perth, with offices in Sydney and an operations centre in Malaga, Western Australia. We run a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform on AWS and a managed cloud practice, serving more than 600 clients across the SME and enterprise segments. A team of around 210 people across engineering, cloud operations, security, compliance and customer success keeps the platform running.
